- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the context of projects.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed Project Plan to Track progress and enable resource availability and allocation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage an effective relationship with the client.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
- Follow & commit with Yottas Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)

- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.

- Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
- Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle
