Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional responsible for acquiring current sub-brokers, Authorized Persons (APs), franchise partners, and business associates to expand the company's broking business and distribution network.

The ideal candidate should have experience in channel sales, partner acquisition, franchise development, or business development within the stock broking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new sub-brokers, Authorized Persons (APs), franchise partners, and business associates.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective channel partners.
- Generate business leads through market mapping, references, networking, and field visits.




- Explain the company's business model, brokerage plans, revenue-sharing structure, and partner benefits to prospective partners.
- Manage the complete acquisition process, from lead generation and meetings to onboarding and activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, account setup, and partner activation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly partner acquisition and business growth targets.
- Track competitor offerings and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Support newly onboarded partners in generating business and growing their client base.
