Role & responsibilities

1. Profit Variance Analysis: - Analyze and report on the variance between actual and projected

profits. - Identify key drivers of variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions. -

Collaborate with business units to understand operational impacts on financial performance.

2. Monthly MIS Reporting:- Prepare and distribute Monthly Information System (MIS) reports,

providing insights into financial performance. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data

reporting. - Develop dashboards and visual presentations for executive-level review.

3. Budget Management:- Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term

financial plans. - Monitor budget adherence across departments and suggest improvements. -

Analyze spending patterns and suggest cost optimization strategies.

Sales Team Evaluation:- Assess the financial performance of the sales team, linking sales

activities to profitability. - Develop and maintain sales performance metrics, identifying areas of

strength and improvement. - Partner with the sales team to set financial goals and evaluate

achievement against targets.

Requirements:

Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial modeling.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
