Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls and understand customer requirements.
- Explain BeatO's GLP-1 diabetes-care programs, products and services to prospective customers.
- Educate customers about the program benefits and guide them through the consultation and onboarding process.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into consultation bookings, payments and successful customer onboarding.
- Follow up with prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant healthcare solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and sales activities.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, B2C Sales or similar customer-facing sales roles.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Services, Diabetes Care or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Ability to explain healthcare products and services clearly over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Sultanpur, New Delhi.
