AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AGENCY CHANNEL

Locations: Delhi NCR

Industry: Life Insurance / BFSI

CTC: Up to 7 LPA + Attractive Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Recruit, onboard and develop new insurance advisors/agents.

- Identify potential candidates through market mapping, references, networking and other sourcing channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective advisors.

- Train, guide and motivate advisors to achieve business and sales targets.

- Generate quality business through the Agency Distribution Channel.

- Drive advisor activation, productivity, retention and business performance.

- Conduct regular field visits and support advisors in customer acquisition.

- Identify current business opportunities and expand the agency network.

- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching and support.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance guidelines and sales practices.

- Prepare regular business reports and maintain accurate sales and advisor records.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

- Qualification: Any Graduate.

- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

- Candidates from the following industries are preferred:

- Life Insurance / General Insurance

- Banking

- Financial Services / BFSI

- NBFC

- Telecom

- FMCG

- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Willingness to work in field sales and conduct market visits.

- Ability to build and manage a network of advisors/agents.

- Local candidates or candidates with good knowledge of the respective market will be preferred.
