We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue in existing markets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product,
and customer service teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, and forecast future revenue opportunities.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Robust negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
