Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify current business opportunities by generating leads and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging data collection and MIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing various sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales growth within the branch location.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in account acquisition, lead generation, or related fields (preferably in banking).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g., B.Tech Computers) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong skills in sales management, database management, referral development, and compliance adherence.
- Drivinging licence is mandatory
