Role & responsibilities:

We are the largest fitness facility in Dwarka (15,000 sq ft) operating as a premium Cult.fit franchise (a Tata brand). This role involves strictly zero cold calling; pricing is fixed on the app, meaning no price negotiation.

- Appointment Setting: Connect over the phone with existing members, trial users, and warm inbound inquiries to book in-person facility tours.
- Face-to-Face Closing: Host scheduled meetings and walk-ins. Deliver high-energy gym tours and close memberships by emphasizing the perks of the Cult Elite Pass (access to 100+ gyms and unlimited online classes).
- Renewals & Referrals: Manage relationships with our active base of 1,500+ members on the floor to drive timely renewals and organically generate high-quality referral leads.
- Cross-Selling: Identify member goals during consultations and seamlessly cross-sell customized Personal Training (PT) packages.
- Floor Management: Address member queries face-to-face,



maintain floor discipline, log meeting outcomes in the CRM, and submit daily sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in consultative sales, relationship management, or premium hospitality.
- Skills: Strong phone etiquette for appointment setting combined with exceptional face-to-face interpersonal skills for closing deals.
- Logistics: Must live within a short driving distance of Sector 12, Dwarka.
- Availability: Must be comfortable working a 9-hour rotational shift (5 AM - 2 PM, or 2 PM - 11 PM), 6 days a week.
