- Handle all incoming stock/material at the warehouse.
- Verify received quantity against PO/Invoice/ASN.
- Perform SKU, quantity and physical condition checks.
- Generate/process GRN in WMS/Uniware accurately.
- Handle product barcoding, tagging and relabelling wherever required.
- Identify and report shortages, excess, wrong SKU and damaged stock.
- Coordinate with SCM/Purchase/Vendors for receiving discrepancies.
- Ensure received stock is properly segregated and handed over for putaway.
- Maintain inbound receiving records and daily MIS.
- Ensure all inward stock is processed within defined TAT.
