- Male: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM, any 9-hour shift
- Female: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, any 9-hour shift
- Weekly Off: Rotational
Requirements:
- Typing Speed: 30-35 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: 95%+
- Valuable communication and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office and data processing activities.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately.
- Verify information and complete assigned documentation.
