- Handle domestic flight bookings and ticket issuance.
- Manage PNR creation, fare calculations, and ticket modifications.
- Process rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
- Work on Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
- Resolve ticketing issues and handle customer queries.
- Follow airline policies and IATA guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in domestic ticketing and travel operations.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, IATA, and airline fare rules.
- Hands-on experience in PNR, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
