Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage visa transit processes for passengers traveling internationally.

- Handle international ticketing operations, including reservations, bookings, and cancellations.

- Utilize GDS systems (Galileo) to search and book flights according to customer requirements.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger queries related to flight schedules, baggage claims, and other issues.

- Ensure accurate processing of PNRs (Passenger Name Records) using IATA standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-5 years of experience in international ticketing or a related field.

- Proficiency in handling fares, rescheduling tickets as per airline policies.

- Robust knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo) and ability to work efficiently on the system.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer queries effectively.
