Job Profile-
• Proven experience in dermatology / cosmetology / Medical Aesthetics
• Prior experience in handling regional sales operations and team management preferred
• Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a strategic and business-driven mindset
• Ability to manage key accounts and drive business partnerships
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
