We are looking for an experienced Presales Manager – Body Worn Camera Solutions to join our Surveillance Solution Division.

The role will be responsible for driving presales and solution-design activities for Body Worn Camera (BWC), CCTV and surveillance solutions, while providing technical support to channel partners, System Integrators (SIs) and customers across India.

- Engage with potential customers and System Integrators to understand and gather technical and business requirements.
- Design and propose appropriate surveillance and Body Worn Camera solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers and partners.
- Provide technical support to channel partners, SIs, customers and internal sales teams.
- Support the Pan-India channel sales team and their partners in developing and positioning solutions.
- Prepare solution BOQs, technical specifications, configurations and solution documentation.
- Create network diagrams and solution architecture/design documents with appropriate technical explanations.
- Deliver product and solution training to customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales teams during customer engagements, tenders and solution discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, System Integrators and channel partners.
- Collaborate with Product Management teams to provide feedback on existing products and contribute inputs for new product and solution development.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution positioning and successful customer engagements.





Your Profile

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in CCTV / Video Surveillance / BWC solutions, combined with expertise in solution design, demonstrations, POCs, technical presentations, BOQs and channel partner support. B.E./B.Tech or any graduate with strong technical skills is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Presales, Solution Design, Technical Sales or Solution Consulting.
- Prior experience in the CCTV, Video Surveillance or Body Worn Camera industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Body Worn Camera solutions will be highly preferred.
- Strong experience working with and supporting Channel Partners / System Integrators (SIs).
- Experience supporting Pan-India channel sales teams and partners is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, IP surveillance, VMS, networking and security solutions.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical specifications, solution configurations and network diagrams.
- Robust experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, product demonstrations and POCs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, articulation and influencing skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, Partners, SIs and Customers.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
