Manager / Senior Manager International Sales & Marketing

Role Summary
Drive international sales growth by developing export markets, appointing distributors, acquiring OEM/institutional customers, and achieving revenue and profitability targets in the battery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export market expansion plans.
- Identify, appoint, and manage overseas distributors and key accounts.
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, quotations, and order closure.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and collection targets.
- Coordinate export logistics, documentation, and payment processes.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of international B2B sales experience in the battery industry.
- Proven track record in export business development and distributor management.
- Experience handling OEM and institutional customers.
- Robust knowledge of Lead-Acid, VRLA, AGM, and GEL batteries preferred.
- Good understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, LC/TT payments, and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
