Job Description

We are looking for a BMS Services cum Project Engineer with 34 years of experience in BMS operations, services, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot BMS systems.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & security systems through BMS.
- Handle BMS alarms, alerts, faults, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain system logs, performance records, and service reports.
- Support BMS service, maintenance, project execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, project teams, and site teams.
- Support installation, integration, testing,



commissioning, and handover.
- Monitor energy consumption and support energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and client requirements.
- Prepare service reports and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- 3 to 4 years of experience in BMS Services / Projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of BMS operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Experience in BMS project execution and site coordination.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC and building services.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
