Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage technical change requests from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with ITIL Change Management processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers, understanding their expectations and providing timely updates on project progress.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders involved in the change process.

- Identify opportunities for process innovation and implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Change Manager or equivalent position.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; experience with Automation tools like Automic would be an added advantage.
