We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial products (Oil Seals & Hydraulic Seals, etc. which are German Products).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities.

Job Requirements :

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in industrial products.
- Strong understanding of the industrial products market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
