We are looking for a Policy Manager to lead policy engagement, research partnerships and stakeholder relationships across education and labour markets, including early childhood, foundational learning, skilling, employment and school-to-work transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with government, NGOs, foundations and development organisations.
- Identify emerging policy opportunities and build engagement strategies.
- Develop partnerships for research, evaluations and evidence generation.
- Translate research and evidence into policy briefs, presentations and actionable insights.
- Represent the organisation at policy forums and stakeholder meetings.
- Support fundraising through proposals, concept notes and donor engagement.
- Manage and mentor junior team members.
What Were Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant experience in policy, research, evaluation or development.
- Masters degree in Economics, Public Policy, Education, International Development or a related field.
- Experience in education, labour markets, skilling, employment or programme evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex research into explicit policy insights.
