Role & responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in building management systems and data networking knowledge is a plus.
- Expertise in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of Fire Alarm system and PA system.
- In depth knowledge in System Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to clients and team members for system operations and issues.
- Advise on system upgrades, repairs, or new installations based on client needs.
- Hands-on experience in both commercial and residential sectors.
- Proficiency in ELV design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Solid understanding of wiring, schematics, and system configurations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, system specifications, and installations.
Attributes:
- Relevant knowledge on NFPA 72 is must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ready to travel any time in PAN INDIA basis.
- Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites and secure facilities.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work to meet project deadlines or address emergencies.
