Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's GeM (Government e-Marketplace) seller profile.
- Handle GeM portal registration, product listing, catalogue management, and updates.
- Search and identify relevant government tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities.
- Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Technical departments for bid-related information.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, tender requirements, and company policies.
- Manage purchase orders, order processing, and delivery coordination.
- Track bid status, order updates,



and payment-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of bids, tenders, and transactions.
- Coordinate with government departments and buyers regarding product inquiries and orders.
- Handle GeM-related queries, documentation, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of the GeM portal and government tendering process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of biometric attendance systems, access control, CCTV, and IT products will be an advantage.
