Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for our premium clubhouse. The candidate will be responsible for building the club’s brand, driving membership awareness, and creating high-quality events, campaigns, and experiences across all clubhouse amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for the clubhouse.

Plan and manage the complete annual marketing and events calendar.

Lead marketing for club launches, membership campaigns, festivals, sports events, lifestyle events, corporate events, and special experiences.

Drive digital marketing across social media, performance marketing, content, influencers, and online campaigns.

Develop campaigns to generate membership leads and improve conversions in coordination with the sales team.

Build partnerships with brands, influencers,



corporates, communities, and event partners.

Oversee creative content, branding, photoshoots, videos, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Manage external agencies, vendors, event partners, and marketing budgets.

Ensure consistent premium brand positioning and customer experience across all club locations.

Track campaign performance, lead generation, event participation, and marketing ROI.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and plans for management.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in premium clubs, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, events, or related marketing.

Strong experience in event marketing, digital marketing, brand building, and customer engagement.

Excellent creative, communication, planning, and execution skills.

Experience managing agencies, vendors, influencers, and brand partnerships.

Strong understanding of premium customer segments and membership-driven businesses.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
