Inside Sales Executive
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 in-hand + uncapped monthly incentives
Shift: 11 AM to 7 PM | Mon to Sat (Sunday fixed off)
Interview: Face-to-face
Role:
- Call B2B leads (inbound and outbound) to pitch IT, web, and digital solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, objection handling, closing
- Hit monthly targets and earn uncapped incentives
- Update calls and deal status daily in CRM/MS Excel
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years in telesales, inside sales, or software sales with a phone closing record
- Excellent English and Hindi
- Graduate (any discipline) or 12th pass
