- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries from potential property buyers and investors.
- Coordinate and manage property visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with visitors after property visits to understand their interest and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain basic property details, pricing, and project information to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding visitor feedback and follow-up status.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Help convert interested visitors into potential property buyers.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or customer handling.




- Female candidates preferred.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Experience in coordinating property visits and handling leads will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the Delhi/Gurgaon real estate market is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
- Additional Incentives: Based on performance and successful conversions.
- Incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.
