- Receive equipment at the customer site and assist in unloading & placement.
- Carry out installation, alignment, and connection as per SOP.
- Test & calibrate systems before handover.
Operational Support & Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules without delay.
- Conduct performance checks for filling, capping, washing, and packaging units.
- Replace faulty components and ensure machine uptime.
Breakdown Response & Troubleshooting
- Respond to customer breakdown calls as per SLA.
- Diagnose faults, replace/repair parts, and document the work done.
Customer Interaction & Training
- Train client staff in machine operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collect feedback and escalate major concerns to Zonal Manager.
Documentation & Reporting
- Submit service reports, maintenance logs, and breakdown analysis within timelines.
- Maintain spare parts usage records.
