Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
2. Explain company products, including UPVC doors and windows.
3. Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide product information.
4. Follow up with customers regarding quotations and requirements.
5. Schedule appointments for the sales team.
6. Maintain customer details and daily call records.
7. Convert potential enquiries into sales opportunities.
8. Maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
