Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through outbound calls.
- Explain overseas education services and study opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and identify potential leads.
- Follow up with interested students and parents.
- Arrange appointments for Education Counsellors.
- Maintain accurate call and lead records.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
Requirements:
- Valuable English and Telugu communication skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
