- Willingness to learn and implement new technologies and use AI tools in daily HR activities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for a team of 12–15 employees.
- Handle employee grievances, queries and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee documentation and HR policies.
- Have working knowledge of ESIC and statutory compliance.
- Conduct DSIC tests/assessments as part of the hiring process.
- Prepare and implement KRAs and KPIs and monitor employee performance.
- Participate in internal meetings and coordinate with management on HR-related matters.
- Proactively identify and resolve HR-related issues.
- Candidate Profile5–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and grievance management.
- Proactive, responsible and good at coordination and communication.
