Blinkit is hiring hardworking and responsible candidates for the position of Warehouse Picker / Packer at its Sector 81, Gurugram warehouse. Candidates will be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and arranging products, ensuring accurate order processing and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Pick products from designated warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
1. Product Packing: Pack products properly and securely to ensure safe delivery.
2. Stock Management: Arrange and organize products in their designated locations.
3. Inventory Handling: Assist in maintaining proper stock levels and checking product availability.
4. Product Sorting: Sort products according to categories, orders and delivery requirements.
5. Order Processing: Ensure correct products and quantities are picked and packed for each order.
6. Quality Checking: Check products for damage, expiry dates and packaging conditions before dispatch.
7. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse, shelves and working area clean and organized.
8. Loading & Unloading: Assist in handling and moving goods within the warehouse whenever required.
9. Safety Compliance: Follow warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
10. Team Coordination: Work with warehouse supervisors and team members to complete daily operational targets.

Salary & Job Benefits
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹20,000
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000
- Total Monthly Earnings: ₹18,500 – ₹22,000 (as per applicable salary and incentive structure)
