Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car detailing services.
- Generate maximum showroom/store visits through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Convert incoming leads into walk-in customers and successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain services, packages, advantages, and offers to customers.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high lead-to-visit and visit-to-conversion ratio.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telesales,
telecalling, customer relationship management, or field sales.
- Excellent understanding of customer needs and sales conversion techniques.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on generating store visits and revenue.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.
