Job Description:
The Store In-Charge is responsible for handling daily store activities, managing customer orders, billing, cash handling, garment tracking, and coordinating with Field Executives and the factory team to ensure smooth store operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Daily Store Operations
- Opening and closing the stores on time.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure daily operational activities are completed on time.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
2. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain laundry, dry-cleaning, and other service features.
- Handle basic customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
3. Billing and Cash Handling
- Generate accurate customer bills.
- Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Maintain daily cash records.
- Complete daily cash and card settlements.

Garment and Order Management
- Receive and verify incoming garments.
- Ensure proper tagging and order entry.
- Maintain accurate garment records.
- Verify outgoing garments before handing them over to customers.
- Ensure garments are delivered to the correct customers.
5. Coordination and Follow-up
- Coordinate with Field Executives for customer pickups and deliveries.
- Follow up with the factory team regarding order status.
- Track pending and delayed customer orders.
- Ensure timely communication with customers.
6. Sales and Customer Engagement
- Promote company services and offers.
- Encourage customers to use additional services.
- Support the store's monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share it through internal tickets.
