Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹19,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

? About the CompanyMGA Medical Global Academy provides online and offline medical courses and hospital training programs for doctors and medical professionals across India and international markets.

- ? Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and medical professionals regarding available courses and training programs.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, fees, and eligibility.
- Understand candidates' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle queries, resolve objections, and convert prospective students into admissions.
- Maintain candidate information, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.




- Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a professional counselling experience.
- ? RequirementsExperience: 0–2 years; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confidence in handling calls and counselling prospective students.
- Interest in sales, counselling, and admission-related activities.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
