Position: Field Recruiter

Clients: Blinkit | Flipkart Minutes | BigBasket | Swiggy Instamart

? Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 In-Hand per Month

? Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-ground rider sourcing and recruitment.
- Experience in rider hiring for E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Hyperlocal operations.
- Ability to source and mobilize delivery riders through field visits and local networks.
- Robust communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly rider hiring targets.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-ground sourcing activities to recruit delivery riders.
- Generate leads through local markets, rider hubs, and other sourcing channels
