Job OverviewKoimi Infocom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to manage and maintain the company's complete technical infrastructure.

We need a hands-on technical professional who can independently handle servers, cloud hosting, domains, DNS, networking, VPN configurations, website deployment, CRM systems, databases and API integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth technical operations, resolving infrastructure-related issues and building reliable IT systems to support our company's business operations and international projects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows servers.
- Configure and manage VPS, cloud servers and hosting environments.
- Handle domain management, DNS records, nameservers, SSL certificates and website migration.
- Set up and manage VPN servers, remote access and secure network connections.
- Configure networking, firewalls, static IPs and server security.
- Deploy, configure and maintain websites and web applications.
- Install, manage and troubleshoot CRM systems and business applications.
- Handle API integrations, databases and third-party software integrations.
- Manage website backups, server monitoring and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot server downtime, hosting errors, website issues and connectivity problems.




- Maintain internal IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure system reliability.

- Experience managing multiple websites, servers and applications.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
