Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hardworking, honest, and customer-friendly Shop Sales Assistant to help with the daily operations of our tools and machinery shop.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in purchasing tools, machines, and accessories.
- Explain basic product features and usage to customers.
- Handle sales of drilling machines, cutting machines, grinders, breakers, and other power tools.
- Arrange and display tools and machines properly in the shop.
- Help customers find the right products according to their needs.
- Check stock availability and assist with inventory management.
- Handle product packing and shop cleaning.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support other daily shop activities as required.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is an advantage.
- Honest, punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
- Willingness to learn about different tools and machines.
- Previous sales or shop experience is preferred but not compulsory.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed monthly salary.
