- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to clients.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange property site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
