Position: Senior Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Real Estate, Construction, or Contracting firm, along with strong accounting knowledge, leadership qualities, and a high level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform timely reconciliation of bank, customer, and vendor accounts.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Take ownership of pending accounting matters and ensure proper closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a Real Estate is preferred.
- Good if some with CA Inter
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Good command of Tally / Accounting Software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage and guide a team.
- Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Commendable professional conduct, integrity, and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with relevant experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Contracting companies who can independently manage accounting functions and demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making abilities will be preferred.
