1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, target-oriented, and self-motivated Field Executive to handle debt recovery and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers at their registered or verified addresses, following up on overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and achieving assigned collection targets while maintaining professional conduct.

- 2. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residences, offices, or other verified addresses for payment follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue loans, EMIs, and outstanding payments.
- Communicate payment dues and repayment options clearly and professionally.
- Encourage customers to clear outstanding dues or agree to mutually acceptable repayment plans.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, collection status, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the office team and reporting manager regarding recovery progress and difficult cases.
- Submit daily visit reports, collection reports, and other required documentation.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate disputes when necessary.
- Follow company policies, applicable laws, and fair debt collection practices.
- Safeguard customer information and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- 3. Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers may apply; experience in field collection, debt recovery, banking,



microfinance, or loan recovery is an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence and personal vehicle are preferred, if required for the assigned territory.
