We provide professional laptop repair and maintenance services through a technology-driven platform, including online service booking, pickup and delivery, diagnosis, repair, service tracking, and customer support. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Laptop Technician to join our Chennai team and take ownership of laptop diagnostics, repair, quality checks, and technical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Laptop Diagnosis & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose hardware and software issues across multiple laptop brands.
- Identify the root cause of customer complaints accurately.
- Perform comprehensive hardware diagnostics before recommending repairs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Motherboard
- Display/LCD
- Keyboard and touchpad
- Battery and charging
- RAM
- SSD/HDD
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
- USB/HDMI and other ports
- Cooling system and overheating
- Operating system and driver issues
- BIOS/UEFI
- Power and boot-related issues.
- Laptop Repair & Maintenance
- Perform laptop disassembly and reassembly safely.
- Replace defective components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSDs, hinges, fans, etc.
- Perform Windows installation, driver installation,



BIOS updates and software troubleshooting.
- Conduct laptop cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Carry out data backup and migration when required.
- Perform basic motherboard-level diagnostics and repairs where applicable.

Required Technical Skills The candidate should have practical knowledge of:

- Laptop hardware troubleshooting
- Windows installation and troubleshooting
- SSD/HDD replacement and cloning
- RAM replacement and troubleshooting
- Display replacement
- Keyboard and battery replacement
- Laptop charging issues
- BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting
- Driver installation
- Data backup and migration
- Laptop overheating and cooling-system issues
- Basic motherboard diagnostics
- Multimeter usage and basic electronic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of major laptop brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Apple/MacBook, etc.

Motherboard-level repair experience will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in laptop/computer repair and servicing.
- Strong practical knowledge of laptop hardware.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and diagnose problems accurately.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple service jobs simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new laptop models, technologies and repair techniques.
