Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to wholesalers, retailers, and potential customers.

* Introduce the company and explain our business and product range.

* Share product details, prices, catalogues, and offers through WhatsApp.

* Convince customers to purchase products and generate sales orders.

* Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.

* Maintain customer records, enquiries, and follow-up details.

* Coordinate order confirmation and payment follow-ups.

* Develop customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Objective: Generate sales through outbound calling and convert potential customers into regular buyers.
