We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team on a 3-month contract basis and support our sales team in effectively connecting with potential customers.
Role OverviewThe Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective customers from the data provided by the company, understanding their requirements, qualifying potential leads, and ensuring relevant prospects are effectively connected with the sales team.
The role requires excellent communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company-provided calling software.
- Understand customer requirements, project details, budget, and timelines.
- Qualify leads based on the customer's requirements and level of interest.
- Provide basic information about Nestopia Interiors and its services.
- Generate interest and establish initial communication with potential customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the company's system.
- Complete daily calling and follow-up activities as per assigned targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with all prospective customers.
- Share daily activity and performance reports with the reporting manager.
Work Arrangement
- The position is strictly Work From Office (WFO) for the entire contract period.
- The employee is required to report to the Nestopia Interiors office in Bengaluru on all designated working days.
- Remote work or work-from-home arrangements will not be applicable to this position.
- The employee must adhere to the company's attendance policies, working hours, and reporting procedures throughout the contract period.

- Work Mode: Completely Work From Office.
- Continuation or extension of the contract will be subject to performance, business requirements, and management approval.
