Job Title: Real Estate Accountant

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: 5-6 Years

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a background in the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.

2. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filing and compliance.

3. Prepare financial statements, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

4. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.

5. Handle project-wise costing and budgeting for real estate projects.

6. Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Required -

• 5-6 years of experience in accounting, mandatory in Real Estate / Construction industry.

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

• Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate taxation.
