We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to start their careers in IT Infrastructure Support Engineering. Selected candidates will receive structured training and practical exposure to enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in networking troubleshooting (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Support Citrix, VDI and virtual desktop access issues.
- Assist with VMware, Hyper-V and Windows Server support.
- Troubleshoot desktop, software and connectivity issues.
- Manage support tickets, documentation and issue escalation.
- Skills RequiredBasic computer and networking knowledge.
- Interest in Citrix, VDI, Virtualization and IT Infrastructure.
- Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work from office.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, Diploma IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
