Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-IT, industrial, engineering, and field-based positions. The candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job portals and recruitment applications such as Naukri.com, Apna App, and WorkIndia.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-IT, industrial, and field-level positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Use Naukri.com, Apna App, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

- Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical, industrial, engineering, or non-IT hiring.
- Strong understanding of Naukri.com, Apna App, and Work India.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with prior experience in industrial staffing, blue-collar hiring, engineering recruitment, technician hiring, and field-force recruitment will be preferred.
