The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our visa and immigration services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for visa counselling.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
* Explain visa, immigration, visitor visa, study visa, work permit, and PR services.
* Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about available services.
* Generate leads and convert interested customers into appointments.
* Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
* Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
* Maintain customer records and update lead information.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
* Confident speaking and convincing abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Fresher candidates are welcome.
* Previous telecalling, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
