1. About the RoleNA Skyline Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join its growing Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills, along with an interest in the real estate industry. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits and converting business opportunities into successful transactions.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate quality leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.

- Connect with prospective clients to understand their property preferences, budgets and investment requirements.
- Promote residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
- Organise and conduct property visits and site inspections.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert enquiries into successful bookings and transactions.
- Coordinate with property owners, customers and internal sales teams.
- Assist in negotiations and facilitate the successful closure of property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, site visits and conversions.
- Stay informed about property availability, pricing, market developments and industry trends.
- Submit regular performance reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

3. Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in field sales or real estate will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation and client-management abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel across Noida and Greater Noida.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and target-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and digital communication tools.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
