Role Overview
Responsible for delivering front-of-house hospitality, box office customer support, luxury auditorium ushering, and live Food & Beverage concession counter management across multiplex locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Ushering & Reception:
* Welcome patrons warmly upon arrival and maintain a customer-first hospitality mindset.
* Scan digital passes and guide guests to their designated cinema auditoriums.
* Concessions & F&B; Operations:
* Prepare cinema snacks and manage beverage and popcorn counter stations.
* Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals for order billing and payment collection.
* Box Office & Guest Inquiries:
* Support patrons with ticket collections, showtime schedules, and general cinema queries via counter and self-service kiosks.
* Hygiene & Auditorium Maintenance:
* Conduct hall audits, monitor seating conditions, and ensure high standards of lobby and auditorium cleanliness.
* Shift Closure & Handover:
* Coordinate end-of-day operational wrap-up at 2:00 AM, balance closing stock/inventory, and complete shift handover protocols.
Candidate Eligibility & Profile
* Age: 18 to 24 years strictly.
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
* Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM), Hospitality, or Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service are prioritized with quick-track promotion pathways to Supervisory and Operations Management roles.
* Language Skills: Fluent spoken Hindi; conversational English is an added advantage.
* Availability: Must be an immediate joiner (able to report within 24–48 hours with original documentation).
Grooming & Attire Guidelines
* Facial Hair: Strictly clean-shaven for the interview and during all duty shifts.
* Hair: Professional corporate haircut; neat, short, and well-groomed (casual/trendy styles strictly prohibited).
* Dress Code: Crisp, ironed formal shirt, well-fitted formal trousers, formal belt, and polished black leather shoes.
