Key Responsibilities

Generate current customers through field sales, referrals, and local marketing.

Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and loan eligibility.

Achieve monthly gold loan sales and business targets.

Identify potential customers and develop relationships with local businesses and communities.

Coordinate with branch staff for gold valuation, documentation, and loan disbursement.

Ensure KYC documents are collected and verified as per company policy.

Follow up with existing customers for renewals, repeat loans, and referrals.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
