4. *Field Support* : Conduct on-field sales training and support.

5. *MIS Reporting* : Prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel.

6. *Training Evaluation* : Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback.

*Requirements*

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Atleast 5 years of experience in sales, training, or sales management

3. Strong technical knowledge of mobile applications and handsets

4. Excellent training and presentation skills

5. Willing to Travel and meet field sales associates in market
