Vermae Jewels is an online jewellery brand serving customers in the USA. We specialize in fine jewellery, lab-grown diamond jewellery, engagement rings, and customized jewellery designs.

We are looking for a confident and skilled Customer Support & Sales Executive who can communicate fluently in English and handle our US customers through phone calls, website enquiries, emails, and live chat.

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle

- incoming and outgoing customer calls from the USA.
- Respond to enquiries received through our website.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, customization, and order status.
- Handle customer questions regarding diamonds, metals, ring sizes, and jewellery designs.
- Follow up on abandoned carts and pending enquiries.




- Maintain customer records and update leads in the CRM.
- Provide professional after-sales support.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling international customers over the phone.
- Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Jewellery industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- EligibilityFreshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with international BPO, US voice process, telesales, or customer support experience are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
